The Adhesive Remover with it's special creamy formula lets you remove eyelash extensions without damaging natural lashes. Our Cream Remover Adhesive affectively dissolves the adhesive bond, effortlessly removing eyelash extensions in the safest and easiest way. Due to its perfect consistency the cream remover doesn’t run into the eye. Avoid remover getting into contact with skin or eyes. The eyelash extension adhesive requires just a minimal amount and is best to use with a micro brush. It is very effective in spot removing eyelashes or in removing all eyelashes. The cream adhesive remover for eyelash extensions is not tested on animals and Paraben-free.

How to use

  • Cover lower eyelid with an eye pad.
  • Clients eyes must be closed during the removal process.
  • Apply a thin layer on the extensions with a clean micro brush – don’t touch the skin.
  • Leave the eyelash extension adhesive for 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove all traces of the Cream Adhesive Remover for Eyelash Extensions.
  • Make sure all traces are fully removed before cleansing eyelashes with a lash shampoo.

Conny Lashes Tips

  • If contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
  • If irritation occurs, seek medical advice.
  • Eyelash Extension adhesive must be used on closed eyes through entire treatment.
  • Never store the eyelash cream adhesive remover for eyelash extensions in the fridge.

We are proud to offer our customers flat rate shipping for all Austria, Germany orders and all other countries in the world. In Austria and Germany we charge € 6,00 and in all other countries we charge a flat rate of € 12,00. Most orders are shipped via Fedex, DHL, Hermes, German Post or Austrian Post. Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid mailing address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays).

Transit Time

Transit Time does not begin until your package leaves the shipping carrier's facility and does not include weekends or holidays.

Conny Lashes reserves 48 hours for processing from the time an order is placed before it is transferred to our carrier and leaves our warehouse for shipment. 

Ground Shipping

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.

Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 5 business days, depending on your shipping address. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

Express Shipping

2nd Day and Next Day purchases placed by 10:00 am CET will be processed and shipped on the same day, depending on product availability. All expedited shipping orders placed after 10:00 am CET will be processed and shipped the next available business day. Note that these times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! We charge a flat rate of € 12,00 for international shipping.

Duties, Taxes, Customs & Other Fees
International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). You are responsible for checking with the shipping destination country as to their regulations regarding duties and taxes. You are also responsible for paying any import duties, taxes or other fees that may be applied.

Conny Lashes is not be responsible for, nor can we offer, any specific advice regarding any customs-related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.

Refund of Returned Package

In the case that a package is refused and shipped back to Conny Lashes, if the items are received in the same condition as sent to the receiver, we will refund the customer for the products only. Please note that any return shipping fees, customs duties, or other associated fees that are billed to Conny Lashes by the carrier will be deducted from the refund amount.

Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods. Charges are subject to change without notice.

Return Policy

If you would like to return an item, you must notify Conny Lashes within thirty (30) days of your order being delivered and obtain a return authorization number. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return packaging. Once your returned items have been received and inspected, you will be refunded for the items authorized for return. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed. Please allow 2 weeks for returns to be processed and for any refunds to be issued.

Product Damage in Shipment or Defective

If the item you receive is damaged in shipment or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to initiate a return. 

Cancelling an Order

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at immediately. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
