Shipping and returns

Shipment

We are proud to offer our customers a flat rate shipping fee for all orders from Austria, Germany and all other countries in the world. In Austria we charge €7.00 and Germany we charge €9.00 and in all other countries we charge a flat rate of €15.00. Most orders are shipped with Fedex, DHL, Hermes, Deutsche Post or Österreichische Post. Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid postal address only on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping time

Shipping time begins when the package leaves the carrier's facility and does not include weekends or holidays.

Conny Lashes reserves a processing time of 48 hours from the time the order is placed before it is handed over to our carrier and leaves our warehouse for shipment.

Shipping within Europe

Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase, subject to product availability. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next possible business day.

Once the order has been processed, the delivery time is between 1 and 21 working days, depending on the delivery address. Shipping may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather conditions and other unexpected circumstances.

International shipping

We ship worldwide! We charge a flat rate of €15.00 for international shipping.

Duties, taxes, customs fees and other charges

International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). It is the buyer's own responsibility to find out about the regulations of the destination country regarding duties and taxes. The buyer is also responsible for paying any import duties, taxes or other charges that may be charged.

Conny Lashes is not responsible and cannot offer any specific advice regarding the applicable customs fees. For specific information, please contact your local import authority.

Refund of returned package

In the event that a package is refused and returned to Conny Lashes, we will only refund the customer for the products if the items arrive in the same condition as the recipient.

Please note that any return shipping fees, duties or other related fees charged to Conny Lashes by the carrier will be deducted from the refund amount.

Tracking information

Tracking information will be sent via email when the goods are shipped. Fees are subject to change without notice.

Return Policy

If the buyer wishes to return an item, the buyer must notify Conny Lashes within thirty (30) days of delivery of the order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that the buyer received the items. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, the buyer will be reimbursed for the cost of the items eligible for return. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow at least 4 weeks for the return and refund to be processed.

Before using our products, please make sure you have read and understood all instructions on the product label and on our website so that you can use the product correctly.

Damage to the product during shipping or defect

If an item you received was damaged in transit or is defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to initiate a return.

Cancellation of an order

If you want to cancel or change an order you have just placed, please email us immediately at: office@connylashes.com.

We will try to fulfill your wish. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
